The Riko 1283 is a support sleeve for a compression fitting. The sleeve is slid into the end of the pipe and supports the pipe so that the compression joint can be tightened properly. The support sleeve is available in two sizes, 12 mm and 15 mm; you choose the desired size when selecting the variant.
Installation
The support sleeve is placed inside the pipe before the compression fitting is tightened. Have water pipe work carried out by a certified installer.
Maintenance
The support sleeve sits within the connection and requires no maintenance. Check the fitting if there is a leak.
