Gekozen uitvoering: Colour: Chrome · Art.nr. CSB4CRBBAB
The IVY Bond rain shower set is a complete concealed set for inside the shower. You operate the set with a concealed thermostat and two fixed stop valves (Symmetry). The round 25 cm overhead shower hangs from a curved wall arm. You also get a sliding rail with outlet, a 150 cm hose and a 3-function hand shower.
Pros and cons
- + Concealed thermostat with 2 fixed stop valves for calm, symmetrical operation
- + Round 25 cm overhead shower for a generous rain effect
- + 80 cm sliding rail with outlet, so you can set the hand shower at your own height
- + Hand shower with 3 functions and a 150 cm hose
- + Concealed body is included
- + Available in 6 finishes
- − Installation requires a recessed wall with a concealed depth of 9 cm, so it is not suitable for replacement without demolition work
- − You cannot switch between the overhead shower and hand shower: there is no diverter
Why choose this version?
With this set you have everything in one order: taps, overhead shower, sliding rail and hand shower in the same finish. You can choose from Chrome, Brushed Copper PVD, Brushed Gunmetal PVD, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gold and Matt Black.
Will it fit your shower?
The wall arm is 40 cm long and the overhead shower has a diameter of 25 cm. The sliding rail is 80 cm and the hose 150 cm. The concealed body has a depth of 9 cm, and the exposed parts protrude 7 cm from the wall. Check that your wall has this depth and that there is enough space for the arm and the overhead shower.
Installation and what else you need
Fit the concealed body into the wall before you tile or finish it. Then mount the exposed parts, the wall arm with overhead shower and the sliding rail. If you are unsure, have a fitter carry out the concealed installation.
- Waterproof sealant for sealing the rosettes
- Tools and wall plugs for mounting the arm and sliding rail
- A fitter to connect the concealed body to the water supply
Maintenance
After showering, wipe the set with a soft cloth to prevent limescale marks. Use a mild soap or a gentle cleaner without abrasives or bleach. Descale the overhead shower and hand shower regularly with a mild descaling agent.
Check this before ordering
- Check that the 9 cm concealed depth suits your wall
- Check that the 40 cm wall arm leaves enough space for the 25 cm overhead shower
- Check the chosen finish and the article number before you order
- Make sure there is a cold and hot water supply for the thermostat
