Description
Gekozen uitvoering: Colour: Matt black · Art.nr. 6500702
The IVY inbouwnis 30x7,5x30 gives your shampoo, soap and shower gel a fixed place in the wall of your shower. The square model has one open compartment and sits flush in the wall. This keeps your shower tidy, with nothing sticking out.
Pros and cons
- + Recessed model that sits neatly within the wall
- + Square shape with one spacious open compartment
- + Dimensions 30x7,5x30 cm (width x depth x height)
- + Available in five finishes
- + Matches other IVY products in the same colour
- − The niche must be planned in advance, as fitting it afterwards can only be done by breaking into the wall
- − One open compartment, so no separate compartments or shelves
Why choose this version?
With this recessed niche you create a tidy shower without racks or hanging baskets. You choose from Matt black, Brushed nickel, Brushed gold, Brushed copper PVD and Brushed gunmetal PVD. This way you can combine it with the rest of your sanitary ware.
Will it fit your shower wall?
The niche is 30 cm wide, 30 cm high and 7,5 cm deep. You therefore need a wall with at least 7,5 cm of usable depth. Measure the available space between pipes, profiles and tiles beforehand.
Installation and what else you need
The niche is built into the wall and finished with tiles. Plan its position before you start tiling. Preferably have the installation carried out by a plumber or tiler.
- Waterproofing materials and sealant for a watertight finish
- Tiles and tile adhesive to finish the wall around it
Maintenance
Wipe the niche with a soft, damp cloth after showering to prevent limescale build-up. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners, as these can damage the finish. Rinse off soap residue regularly.
Check this before ordering
- Check that the 7,5 cm installation depth is available in your wall
- Check the dimensions (30x7,5x30 cm) and the desired position in the shower
- Choose a finish that matches your taps and other accessories
- Check the item number and colour before ordering
