The IVY Nexus rain shower set is a complete concealed shower set for a generous rain shower. You operate it with a concealed thermostatic mixer and a 2-way diverter. The round 25 cm head shower hangs from a 15 cm ceiling arm. For the hand shower, there is a bar model on an adjustable bracket with an integrated outlet. The shower hose is 150 cm long.
Pros and cons
- + Concealed thermostatic mixer for setting your shower temperature
- + 2-way diverter for switching between the head shower and hand shower
- + Round 25 cm head shower (SL) on a 15 cm ceiling arm
- + Bar hand shower on an adjustable bracket with integrated outlet
- + 150 cm shower hose
- + Available in 7 colours and finishes
- − The set is designed for concealed installation, so you also need a matching concealed box, which is ordered separately
- − The head shower hangs from a 15 cm ceiling arm; with a high ceiling, a longer arm may be more convenient
Why choose this version?
The IVY Nexus rain shower set turns your shower into a calm rain shower, with a hand shower within easy reach. The set is available in Chrome, Brushed copper PVD, Brushed gunmetal PVD, Brushed nickel, Brushed gold, Matt black and Polished black PVD. This means it can match the taps and accessories in your bathroom.
Does it fit your shower area?
The round head shower has a diameter of 25 cm and hangs from a 15 cm ceiling arm. The shower hose is 150 cm long. Before ordering, check that your ceiling height and the position of the concealed thermostatic mixer suit these dimensions.
Installation and what else you need
The set is installed concealed, with the thermostatic mixer and the connection for the ceiling arm built into the wall or ceiling. We recommend having the concealed components fitted by a plumber.
- Matching concealed box for the thermostatic mixer (ordered separately)
- Mounting materials for the ceiling and wall, depending on your construction
- Sealing material for the water supply
Maintenance
After showering, wipe the set with a soft, damp cloth so that limescale has no chance to build up. Use mild cleaning products and avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh scouring pads. This keeps the finish looking good. Descale the head shower and hand shower regularly.
Check this before ordering
- Check that the chosen colour matches the rest of your bathroom
- Measure whether your ceiling height suits the 15 cm ceiling arm and the 25 cm head shower
- Make sure you have, or order, a matching concealed box
- Have your installer check the water supply and water pressure
