The IVY Nexus rain shower set combines a surface-mounted thermostatic mixer with a round 20 cm overhead shower and a hand shower with 3 settings. This means you get both a rain shower and a hand shower for everyday use in one set. The set is available in six colours, so there is always a finish that suits your bathroom.
Pros and cons
- + Surface-mounted thermostatic mixer for a fixed, preset temperature
- + Round 20 cm overhead shower for a rain shower experience
- + Hand shower with 3 settings
- + Surface-mounted installation
- + Available in six colours, from chrome to matt black
- − The length of the hose and the type of overhead shower fixing are not listed in the product details, so please check these before you order
- − The colour is selected via the product options, so make sure you choose the correct finish
Why choose this finish?
With this IVY Nexus set you choose a complete shower combination in one cohesive style. You can choose from Chrome, Matt Black, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gold, Brushed Copper PVD and Brushed Gunmetal PVD. This allows the set to match the colour of your other taps and accessories.
Will it suit your bathroom?
The overhead shower is round and has a diameter of 20 cm. Measure the space above your shower area and the position of the wall connection in advance, so that the overhead shower sits well above your head. The set is designed for surface-mounting on the wall.
Installation and what else you need
The set is mounted on the wall, so no concealed box is required. If you are unsure, have the installation carried out by a qualified plumber.
- Suitable fixings for your wall type (check what is included)
- Sealing material for the water supply connections, if required
Maintenance
After showering, wipe the set with a soft, damp cloth to prevent limescale marks. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish. Descale the overhead shower and hand shower regularly in line with the manufacturer's instructions.
Check this before you order
- Check that the chosen colour matches your other bathroom products
- Measure the available space for the 20 cm overhead shower
- Check that your water supply connections are suitable for surface-mounting
- If you are unsure about the hose length or arm type, check in advance what is included in the set
