Description
Gekozen uitvoering: Colour: Chrome · Art.nr. CSB1CRAC
The IVY Bond rain shower set is a complete exposed set with thermostatic mixer. You get a round, slim overhead shower of 30 cm, a bar hand shower on a slide rail and a 150 cm hose. As the set is wall-mounted, you don't need to install anything concealed.
Pros and cons
- + Surface-mounted thermostatic mixer: you set the temperature and it holds it
- + Round 30 cm overhead shower (SL, slim version) for a generous rain shower experience
- + Bar hand shower on a slide rail, so you choose the height yourself
- + Surface-mounted installation, so no concealed box or demolition work required
- + Water consumption 13.7 litres per minute at 3 bar (flow rate class B)
- + Available in 7 finishes
- − Overhead shower and hand shower both have only one spray pattern
- − With surface-mounted installation, the tap and pipework remain visible on the wall
Why choose this version?
With this set you have everything for a luxurious rain shower in one package. Choose the finish that suits your bathroom: Chrome, Brushed copper PVD, Brushed gunmetal PVD, Brushed nickel, Brushed gold, Matt black or Polished black PVD.
Does the set suit your shower corner?
The set is 140 cm high and the spout projects 38 cm from the wall. The overhead shower has a diameter of 30 cm, so you need space above your head. The hand shower hose is 150 cm long.
Installation and what else you need
The set is mounted on the wall (surface-mounted). You do not need to place a concealed part in the wall. Preferably have a plumber make the water connection.
- Drill and suitable fixings for your wall type
- Sealing material such as PTFE tape or sealant
Maintenance
After showering, wipe the set with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents, so the finish stays beautiful. Descale the shower head regularly with a mild product.
Check this before ordering
- Check whether the wall depth and the space above the shower are suitable for a height of 140 cm and a 30 cm overhead shower
- Check whether the water connections are suitable for surface-mounted installation
- Choose your preferred finish and check the item number
- Check whether the water pressure at your home is sufficient
