Product information
A walk-in shower is a real eye-catcher for the bathroom. You can step into the shower area without having to open a door. The Sita walk-in shower is also very practical thanks to the towel holder. That way, you always have a towel within reach!
The Sita walk-in shower is made of toughened safety glass and finished with NANO coating. It is supplied with a stabilising bar.
Toughened safety glass:
All our walk-in showers are made of toughened safety glass as standard. Safety glass is, as the name suggests, safer than standard glass. When ordinary glass breaks, the glass pane falls apart into large pieces. With safety glass, the glass is produced in such a way that when it breaks, the pane shatters into thousands of small pieces. This makes the risk of serious injury many times smaller. Especially during installation, when most breakage damage occurs, this is of course a great advantage.
NANO coating:
On a microscopic level, the world looks very different. In the case of glass, it can be seen that a glass product has a great many tiny open pores. Dirt and limescale can quickly adhere to these pores. By applying NANO coating with (machine) rollers, these pores are 'sealed', and dirt and limescale adhere much less readily to the glass surface. NANO coating therefore keeps the product clean for longer and limescale and dirt adhere less easily. Low maintenance, then.
