Shipping policy

At SanitairLuxe we believe that an exclusive shopping experience is about more than just high-quality products. That is why we give the processing, packaging and delivery of your order the same attention as the quality of our range.

Every order is carefully checked, professionally packed and dispatched via reliable logistics partners. This ensures a safe and careful delivery, from order to doorstep.

Delivery times

Ordered before 12:00 on a working day, delivered tomorrow. We dispatch orders received before 12:00 on a working day the same day. Your order will be delivered to you the next working day in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Orders received after 12:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. Example: ordered after 12:00 on Friday = dispatched Monday and delivered Tuesday.

For deliveries to Germany, the average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

If a product has a different delivery time, this will always be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

After dispatch you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code, so you can follow your order at any time.

Belgium

Orders up to €49.99 – €11.95
Orders from €50.00 – Free shipping

Germany

Orders up to €99.99 – €16.95
Orders from €100.00 up to €274.99 – €12.95
Orders from €275.00 – Free shipping
Items that are heavier than 30 kg, larger than 175 cm or items with a high risk of breakage cannot be shipped to Germany.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the postcode, the weight and the dimensions of the consignment.

Securely packed

Bathroom products call for careful handling. That is why all orders are thoroughly checked and packed with high-quality protective materials before they leave our warehouse.

Although we do everything we can to prevent transport damage, we advise you to check your order immediately upon receipt. Should there unfortunately be transport damage or an incomplete delivery, our customer service team will provide a swift and suitable solution.

Reliable delivery

We work exclusively with renowned carriers who have extensive experience in transporting sanitary and fragile products.

Are you not at home during delivery? The carrier will then follow the applicable delivery procedure. Depending on the carrier, your order will be offered again, delivered to a pick-up point or, where possible, left with your neighbours.
