The IVY Bond rain shower set is a complete concealed set for a luxurious rain shower. You get a concealed thermostat with 2 fixed stop valves, a round overhead shower of 30 cm on a 15 cm ceiling arm, and a bar hand shower with a 150 cm hose. This lets you set the temperature precisely and easily switch between overhead and hand shower.
Pros and cons
- + Concealed thermostat for a constant water temperature
- + Round overhead shower of 30 cm for a generous rain shower
- + Bar hand shower with holder with outlet and 150 cm hose
- + Concealed valve body included, with a installation depth of 9 cm
- + Water consumption of 13.7 litres per minute at 3 bar (flow rate class B)
- + Available in 7 finishes
- − Concealed installation: the valve body must be fitted before tiling, as it is difficult to adjust afterwards
- − The 15 cm ceiling arm requires ceiling mounting in the right position
- − The 30 cm overhead shower needs sufficient space in the shower area
Why choose this version?
With this set, you get the convenience of a thermostat and a generous rain shower all in one go. Choose from Chrome, Matt black, Polished black PVD, Brushed nickel, Brushed gold, Brushed copper PVD and Brushed gunmetal PVD. This way, it matches the rest of your bathroom.
Will it fit your shower?
The overhead shower has a diameter of 30 cm and hangs from a 15 cm ceiling arm. The valve body has an installation depth of 9 cm, so you need sufficient depth in the wall. The hand shower hose is 150 cm long.
Installation and what else you need
This set is intended for concealed installation. You mount the overhead shower to the ceiling. We recommend having the installation carried out by a plumber.
- Fixing materials for the ceiling, suitable for your ceiling construction
- A plumber to connect to the water supply
Maintenance
After showering, wipe the set with a soft, damp cloth and dry it. Do not use abrasive agents or harsh cleaners, so the finish stays beautiful. Descale the overhead shower and hand shower regularly with a mild cleaner.
Check this before ordering
- Check whether the installation depth of 9 cm fits your wall
- Measure whether there is enough space for a 30 cm overhead shower on a 15 cm ceiling arm
- Check that you have selected the desired finish and the correct article number
