The IVY Nexus rain shower set combines a concealed thermostatic mixer with a 2-way diverter, a 30 cm ceiling arm and a round 20 cm overhead shower. A 3-function hand shower sits in a holder with outlet and is connected to a 150 cm shower hose. This lets you choose between rain showering and hand showering. The set is available in six finishes.

Pros and cons

• + Concealed thermostatic mixer with a 2-way diverter to switch between the overhead shower and the hand shower
• + Round 20 cm overhead shower for a rain shower experience
• + 30 cm ceiling arm for ceiling mounting
• + Hand shower with 3 functions and a 150 cm shower hose
• + Holder with outlet for the hand shower
• + Available in six finishes
• − Concealed installation: the thermostatic mixer must be fitted into the wall, so plan this before tiling
• − The 30 cm ceiling arm requires ceiling mounting and a ceiling height that suits it

Why choose this version?

With this set, the overhead shower, hand shower and thermostatic controls all come from one coordinated range. You can choose from Chrome, Brushed Copper PVD, Brushed Gunmetal PVD, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Gold and Matt Black. This allows it to match the taps and accessories in your bathroom.

Will it suit your shower area?

The overhead shower is round with a diameter of 20 cm. The ceiling arm is 30 cm long and the hand shower hose is 150 cm. Measure in advance whether the overhead shower will sit above your shower area and whether the ceiling arm suits your ceiling.

Installation and what else you need

This set is concealed: the thermostatic mixer goes into the wall and the overhead shower is fixed to the ceiling with the ceiling arm. We recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified plumber.

• A suitable concealed box (mounting box) for the concealed thermostatic mixer, unless one is already in place
• Hot and cold water connections at the location of the thermostatic mixer

Maintenance

After showering, wipe the set with a soft, damp cloth to prevent limescale marks. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish. Descale the overhead shower and hand shower regularly using a mild product.

Check before you order

• Check whether a concealed box or mounting box is required and whether one is already in the wall
• Check the ceiling height for the 30 cm ceiling arm
• Select your preferred finish in the product options
• Check that the hot and cold water pipes are in the correct position
